Ricotta Cheese Waffles

Healthy fitness waffles made with great ingredients. Serve with fruits and greek yogurt. 

For these healthy waffles you are going to need :

(2 portions)

6oz Ricotta cheese 

1/2 cup of milk 

1 egg 

¨1/2 cup of oatmeal (fine/blended)

 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


process:

  1. blend all the ingredients together - make dense mixure
  2. reheat waffle maker
  3. spray it with cooking pan /oil
  4. pour waffle dough into the waffle maker
  5. cooking for required amount of time
  6. serve with fruits
