CROCK POT RECIPES: Pad Thai Chicken in slow cooker

Really easy and healthy version of classic Pad Thai.

Ingredients: 

2 pounds of chicken/turkey 

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1/4 cup of rice vinegar 

 2 carrots 

2 bell peppers 

 1 tsp chilli 

1/2 tbsp cumin 

1/4 cup of soy sauce 

 1/4 cup of tamarid paste 

1 onion lime juice 

4 cloves of garlic 

1/2 tbsp grated ginger

 cup of water 

rice noodles


Steps:

1. Cut veggies, meat and place it into slow cooker.

2. Mix all wet ingredients with spices and grated ginger to make a sauce.

3. Pour this sauce into slow cooker and let it cooing for 6 hours on low heat.

4. Serve it with rice noodles or rice.
