Healthy Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

Do you love salad? I do! I love to try different type of salad variations. This one is orange zest! Would you believe?

How to make this salad:

2 cups of cooked chicken (chicken breast, roasted chicken) 

1 cup of pasta 

 3 cups of spinach 

1/4 cup of almonds and 1/4 cup of raisins

2 tbsp of parmasan 

Dressing

2 tbsp of greek yogurt 

2 tbsp of honey 

1 tbsp of olive oil 

2 tbsp of dijon mustard 

zest and juice from one lemon 

zest and juice from half of an orange 


Steps: 

1. Cook pasta in salted water.

2. Once pasta is cooled down, mix it with chicken, spinach, almond and raisins.

3. Lets do dressing: mix together all the ingredients until well combine and smooth.

4. Pour dressing over the pasta and combine it very well. 

5. Let it sit in fridge for 10-15 minutes after that you can serve.
