Breakfast Egg Muffins

Breakfast muffins recipe:
- 3 eggs
- 50g / 2oz of oat flour
- 50g / 2oz oz of cheese
- 70g / 3oz of onion
- 90g / 4oz of tomato
- half cup of baby spinach
- 1tea spoon of baking soda salt, black peper
Whipe the eggs, mix with oat flour, cheese, onion, tomato (cutted on small pieces) , spinach and salt, pepper and baking soda
Fill muffin forms with the dough. bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
