Breakfast Egg Muffins

Breakfast muffins recipe:  

  • 3 eggs 
  • 50g / 2oz of oat flour 
  • 50g / 2oz oz of cheese 
  • 70g / 3oz of onion 
  • 90g / 4oz of tomato
  •  half cup of baby spinach 
  • 1tea spoon of baking soda salt, black peper 

Whipe the eggs, mix with oat flour, cheese, onion, tomato (cutted on small pieces) , spinach and salt, pepper and baking soda

Fill muffin forms with the dough. bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
